How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee beans?
We roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 48 hours of roasting. Each bag features a one-way degassing valve and a roast date stamp to guarantee you receive the freshest coffee possible.
What is your return policy on brewing equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused brewing equipment in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened bags of coffee beans cannot be returned unless there is a quality defect.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the UK. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
