Filter coffee is at its best when rested for a minimum of 4 days after roasting to allow it to de-gas and optimise in flavour.

Your coffee will be roasted within 1-16 days of purchase, with a shelf life of 6 weeks (optimum serving point of 10-36 days). We recommend letting this coffee rest for at least 12 days before using.
These beans have been roasted specifically for filter preparation methods which include:
Drip machines (such as the Mocca Master or Wilfa Classic+), Cafetiere, Chemex, Kalita, V60, Woodneck, Syphon and Aeropress.
